Participation rates for Aetna Funding Advantage (AFA) are going down from 50% to only 30% of full-time employees. Effective April 1, 2022, the lower participation rates apply to all states.
Even better, there’s a 2% savings on AFA medical premium when dental is purchased. There’s an additional one-half (0.5%) percent saving if vision is sold as well (must buy all 3 lines). AFA also comes with bundling discounts.
