The Sutter Health Plan small group 2025 Q3 rates and service area will have no changes.
Sutter Health Plan will be implementing changes in their small group infertility plans as per (SB) 729 and the guidelines of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM).
Updated Small Group benefit plan documents will be provided as soon as they are available with the (SB) 729 changes.
The Sutter Health Plan network includes more than 8,000 providers, dozens of hospitals, campuses, care centers, urgent care centers and other locations.
