Sutter Health Plus is transitioning to a new bank, JP Morgan Chase, for premium payments sent through Automated Clearing House (ACH) and wire transfers. Employers and IFP subscribers who wish to submit premium payments through either of these methods should send them to:

After processing, premium payments are viewable on the Employer Portal, Broker Portal and Member Portal for IFP members. Please note this change does not affect broker commissions and there are no changes to other types of premium payment options.

Sutter Health Plus will notify impacted employers and IFP subscribers about the changes to ACH and wire transfers on March 29, 2024.
