Effective now, you can make HMO enrollment simpler and more accessible with Health Net’s HMO Sales Express Program. Relaxed underwriting from Health Net lets you skip the HMO paperwork and sell faster!  How It Works It applies to new HMO sales only (no HSP, Full Network PPO, EnhancedCare PPO, or combinations). The minimum enrollment is 10+ active subscribers. The following are not required:

• A DE9C
• A participation attestation form
• A prior carrier bill

Conditions

• Qualifying groups must meet the State and Federal definition of a Small Employer
• Prior health coverage is not required
• Excludes ancillary-only groups
