As you know, the Consolidated Appropriations Act (CAA) requires insurance companies to submit information about prescription drugs and health care spending in the form of an RxDC report. Emblem is obligated to report on every employer that was covered in 2022.
The 2022 reporting is due June 1, 2023. To collect the data and meet the requirements of the Consolidated Appropriations Act (CAA), Emblem has emailed the details and a link to a survey to your fully insured employer group clients.
