Earn more by selling and retaining eligible groups! Delta Dental has announced the 2024 Broker Rewards program.
Groups of 2-99 with 2024 effective dates will qualify brokers for Delta's Dental’s Broker Rewards program.
Brokers must first meet a retention goal:
- 92% to 96.9% for a bonus of 3%
- 97% to 100% for a bonus of 4%
Once you qualify with your retention goal, Delta will track your new sales for additional levels of compensation.

| One | 5-14 | $150,000 - $499,999 | 3% |
| Two | 15-24 | $500,000 - $999,999 | 4% |
| Three | 25+ | $1,000,000 or greater | 5% |

Rewards will be calculated and paid after December 31, 2024.
