UnitedHealthcare is pleased to announce that SAMx for Level Funded is adding a new section, uhcDOCS, that will present required documents and allow you to choose how the information is gathered. uhcDOCS will validate fields as they are entered giving you the ability to make corrections before submission. In the end, it may help reduce missing information and your groups may be implemented faster.
Significant improvements for partners include:
- Displaying the most current version of all required documents;
- Providing control to brokers and general agents on how documents are completed by providing the option to either:
- Complete all data and send the forms to the employer or employees to review and sign; or
- Invite the employer or employees to complete and sign their documents.
- Validating the forms and format of all entered data and provide warnings or error messages so items can be corrected prior to submission;
Groups can be processed and activated faster than ever, with an improved experience, and fewer errors and delays for missing requirements.
The video training walks through all the steps, demonstrating how easy and straight forward the process is. As the broker or general agent, the process and data can be managed, while constituents can enter and review their own data. The broker or general agent retains the final opportunity to review before submitting the case for processing.
