UnitedHealthcare has announced the Activate the Savings Ancillary Credit for Employers, which allows groups to earn a $50, one-time credit per enrolling employee between 6/1/2023 and 1/1/2024.
- The employer must enroll 10+ employees with dental and have one additional ancillary product with 10+ employees enrolled.
- The bonus will be a one-time $50 credit per dental subscriber (maximum of $2,500 per group; $5,000 in CA and CO)
- Additional ancillary products that qualify are vision, short-term disability, long-term disability and basic life (basic life requires a $25K minimum benefit).
- A one-time credit will appear on the fourth or fifth invoice.
- Not available in NY, NJ, NV, WA, or with DHMO in CA or TX
- ACEC policies are excluded.
