UnitedHealthcare has announced that brokers and agencies will be transitioning from United eServices (UeS) to uhceservices.com on June 19, 2023. This site will serve as a centralized front door to all other sites currently in use, including both the former UeS and MyAllSavers.
Here is helpful information to get started:
- Users with a One Healthcare ID: Log in and transition to uhceservices.com. Examples of where One Healthcare ID is used today include Employer eServices® (EeS) and MyAllSavers. There is no need to create a new ID.
- Users who do not have a One Healthcare ID, but have a UeS login: Log in to UeS and there will be a prompt to create a One Healthcare ID. This allows a broker to keep all current permissions moving onto uhceservices.com. Note: Each user must have their own unique ID and password for ongoing communications to work correctly. Each user will continue to have access to all agency data.
- Users without a One Healthcare ID or UeS log in: Please contact customer service at 1-866-908-5940 for assistance.
- Agency Administrators: User permissions from UeS will transfer to uhceservices.com. They can be accessed through the “gear” icon in the top right corner of My Settings.
