UnitedHealthcare and Community Medical Centers (CMC) have reached a multi-year agreement that ensures UnitedHealthcare’s members enrolled in employer-sponsored and individual commercial plans, as well as Medicare Advantage and Group Retiree plans, have access to the following CMC hospitals and facilities in the Fresno region:
- Clovis Community Medical Center
- Fresno Community Hospital and Regional Medical Center
- Fresno Heart & Surgical Hospital
- California Cancer Institute
- Community Hospice
- Community Hearing Center
- Sierra Community Outpatient
- Community Home Care Services
- Community Dialysis Center – Fresno
- Community Dialysis Center – Clovis
- Community Behavioral Health Center
- Community Outpatient Rehabilitation Center
- Deran Koligian Ambulatory Care Center
- California Cancer Center
UnitedHealthcare is pleased to have reached an agreement with CMC that preserves their members’ access to quality, affordable care. They will be sending letters to their members notifying them of the agreement.
