Surest is one of the fastest-growing health plans from UnitedHealthcare. In 2025, it will combine with UnitedHealthcare's Level Funded products to bring this pioneering healthcare solution to employers with 2+ eligible employees*.
Surest Level Funded plans will combine the transparency and flexibility of Surest with the predictability and cost-effectiveness of level funded plans. This new offering aims to provide plan sponsors and plan participants with a healthcare option that adapts to their needs while delivering financial stability and potential savings.
The current planned launch date is May 1, 2025.
To ensure a smooth launch and to help everyone understand the new features and benefits of a Surest Level Funded plan, UnitedHealthcare will be offering a pre-launch training session. This session is designed to provide insight into how Surest Level Funded plan designs work, and how it can benefit both plan sponsors and plan participants.
