Western Health Advantage (WHA) has made it easier to install new groups by offering two more payment options.
Option 1: For Groups Setting Up Ongoing Electronic-Funds Transfer (EFT) They can pay via the EFT form by marking the new group checkbox authorizing WHA to deduct the first month’s premium from their checking account via an e-check.
Option 2: For Groups Not Electing Ongoing EFT They can pay via phone, with no forms necessary, by providing the group number and amount to be paid. New groups can, of course, still pay by binder check.
