Before that, I worked for Ingram Micro as an Inside Sales Representative. I bring passion and dedication to helping brokers succeed, along with a strong commitment to integrity. I am known for being extremely easy to work with and very attentive to the needs of my brokers. You can count on me as your go-to person when it comes to problem-solving and strategic selling in small, mid, and large group medical as well as ancillary sales. I also specialize in helping brokers expand their portfolios with niche products.

My industry background includes extensive knowledge of ancillary lines from working as a carrier representative for MetLife and Mutual of Omaha. With 22+ years in benefits space - I have worked at a carrier, as a broker and at a GA and I use that knowledge to help customize your agencies experience. Not all brokers/agencies need the same things that’s why we sit down and strategize on what we can do as your GA to scale your operation and grow your book of business free of charge. 

Having previously owned a successful insurance business, I know what it takes to service a case from start to finish. As your Los Angeles Regional Sales Manager, I bring over 25 years of expertise in Small and Large group employee benefits. I’ve been a top Regional Sales Manager with every company I was employed with. It’s all about relationships, trust and growing sustainable business. I am dedicated to bringing brokers creative sales strategies and market insights while delivering a high level of service.

I worked for Health Net for 8 years, starting as an Account Manager and I was with Blue Shield for 15 years in various roles as a RSM in Small Group, Individual & Family Plans, and Medicare. I was with another General Agency for 3.5 years specializing in Small and Large Groups.

I have been in the healthcare industry for over 15 years – 7 years with AFLAC and 9 years with Anthem Blue Cross where I earned numerous management and sales awards. I have a wealth of experience in management, sales, underwriting, customer service, and account management. For Anthem Blue Cross, I was responsible for all new small group medical, dental, vision, life, and disability sales in San Fernando Valley and Santa Clarita Valley. I managed relationships and books of business for several of the top 400 Small Group ACE agents in California.

At Aflac, I was responsible for recruiting and training new agents and mentoring independent sales representatives. My primary focus was to clean up accounts and develop strong client relationships. I was the top personal producing manager among all managers in my region. I doubled the base of sales in my district in 1 year.

Relationship building is my passion. My broker partners know me for being very outgoing, knowledgeable, and extremely responsive.

I served as Regional Sales Manager for the Central Coast at Anthem Blue Cross for 11 years.

Cameron graduated from UC Berkeley in 2014 and began his career in employer benefits at Kaiser Permanente, where he worked in Sales & Account Management. In 2017, he moved into an Account Executive role with Sutter Health Plan where he partnered with brokers to sell and implement Sutter products. After four years at Sutter, Cameron joined Canopy Health - a venture by UCSF and John Muir Health - to lead their Business Development team in their work with brokers and consultants.

My career in this industry began in 1978, and included working at Old Northwest Insurance Company. I am extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of health insurance, underwriting, claims, field service, and sales. I am co-President of the IEAHU, Desert Chapter and I have worked in the Inland Empire since 1987. Since joining the organization in 1998, I have remained committed to providing creative solutions, product knowledge, and local market expertise to help my brokers succeed in today’s competitive marketplace.

As your dedicated Orange County Regional Sales Manager, I bring over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry. I am committed to putting my knowledge, passion, and creativity to work for you and your clients. With my dedication to sales and service, I’ve built strong relationships and have achieved great success with agents in the small and large group employee benefits markets.

I have expertise in all aspects of the insurance process. Holding an insurance license for 10 years, I have been a broker, carrier rep, and general agent rep. My main focus is helping brokers and clients achieve long term success. My core skills include sales and sales management, relationship development, leadership, and market dynamics.

As a board member for SDAHU, community and continuous education are key priorities for me. I am a UCLA graduate with a Bachelor in History and three consecutive National Championship titles in water polo. I remain dedicated to teamwork and achievement. I still play competitive water polo, winning the Worlds Masters Championship in South Korea in August 2019.
