Earn $100 per enrolled employee for every Small Group (5 to 50 employees) you convert from an existing Anthem ACA product to Anthem Balanced Funding with an effective date through 12/31/23. Also applies to new to Anthem ABF business.
How the bonus program works
- For new AND converted business with a July 1, 2023 through December 1, 2023 effective date, earn $100 per enrolled employee.
- There is no cap on earnings.
