The Seedwell App

Our flagship product, this is the app that acts as a private and secure bridge between an employee’s payroll/direct deposit and their personal bank accounts. After an employee finishes confirming their HR details and linking their financial institutions, we help them to input goals, and then we create a customized income plan for each paycheck.

The heart of Seedwell is this unique Automated Income Allocation (AIA) algorithm that ensures that every dollar is sent to the most efficient accounts to maximize wealth. So whether an employee has just $50 left at the end of the month, or a $50,000 bonus at the end of the year, we can automatically transfer the right funds to grow their net worth.

To top it off, employees still have the freedom to customize their allocations, and the flexibility to invest their money how they like once it hits their accounts. We also add additional features in the app such as budgeting, cash flow analysis, personal finance metrics/monitoring, and a centralized hub to see accounts across all institutions.

With personal finance generally being an intimidating or complex topic for most employees, the Seedwell Financial Wellness Portal focuses on solving the implementation gap in financial planning. Employees are guided through actionable learning, with checklists and progress trackers to immediately make changes in their financial life.

The on-demand content is created by financial experts, and is designed to appeal to all types of learning styles and preferences. There is a customization engine where employees can choose their interests, complete a financial literacy quiz, and receive evolving playlist recommendations similar to Netflix, YouTube, etc. The playlists are organized around different topics/life stages and contain graphic-rich videos, quizzes, articles, and calculators. The platform also offers live webinars on a monthly basis, where employees can enjoy an interactive experience on any requested topic.
