Guardian Enhanced frequency limits on cleanings, exams, and fluoride treatment to a minimum of 2 per calendar year. Applies July 1, 2020 through December 31, 2021.

For plans with Maximum Rollover:
  • For the remainder of 2020, members no longer have a requirement to submit a claim in order to roll over funds
  • Effective January 1, 2021, members will have $100 added to their Maximum rollover account so they have more to spend on care

Virtual Visits through Teladoc, Doctor on Demand and AmWell
Effective October 1, 2020 through the end of the public health emergency: Members will pay the cost-share for all visits up front. For visits that are due to COVID-19, members will be reimbursed for their cost-share. No action is required on the members part; the reimbursement will be automated.

Telehealth
Expanded telehealth is extended through April 20, 2021. Member cost-share applied for non-COVID-19 visits. Expanded telehealth allows members to connect with their doctor through live, interactive audio-video or audio-only visits. This includes physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and chiropractic services (audio-visual only).
