With over 10 years of sales experience in health insurance, I have a profound understanding of the needs and challenges of today’s brokers. My experience includes 17 years with Anthem Blue Cross. I am dedicated to building strong relationships with brokers and helping them develop highly successful sales strategies. My first priority is to provide the best sales experience to brokers and their clients.

Julian Dessler is a Regional Sales Associate for Amwins Connect serving Fresno, Bakersfield, and Ventura.  Before joining Amwins Connect, Julian worked as an Agent and Financial Services Professional for New York Life Insurance Company. He holds a Bachelor’s in Professional Music from Berklee College of Music and has been a touring and studio musician for the past 10 years ─ most recently working with artists, such as John Fogerty and Josh Groban. Julian prides himself on bringing positive energy to the workplace, working hard, being a resilient team player, and building relationships.
