As your dedicated Director of Sales, I bring over 14 years of insurance sales experience. Most recently, I served as an Inside Sales Representative with another General Agency in California. Before that, I worked for Ingram Micro as an Inside Sales Representative. I bring passion and dedication to helping brokers succeed, along with a strong commitment to integrity. I am known for being extremely easy to work with and very attentive to the needs of my brokers. You can count on me as your go-to person when it comes to problem-solving and strategic selling in small, mid, and large group medical as well as ancillary sales. I also specialize in helping brokers expand their portfolios with niche products.

As your Orange County Regional Sales Manager, I bring over 18 years of experience in the employee benefits industry. I’m committed to working hard for you and your clients. I never take for granted the importance of being friendly, caring, positive, and helpful. My previous background in HR and accounting gives me a valuable perspective on the challenges that employers are facing.

I joined the organization in 1997 and I am considered one of their most seasoned professionals. I am ACA certified by NAHU, and I have extensive knowledge of its workings. My in-depth product knowledge and expertise in the small and large group markets gives me the ability to provide brokers with strategies to close the deal.

My career in this industry began in 1978, and included working at Old Northwest Insurance Company. I am extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of health insurance, underwriting, claims, field service, and sales. I am co-President of the IEAHU, Desert Chapter and I have worked in the Inland Empire since 1987. Since joining the organization in 1998, I have remained committed to providing creative solutions, product knowledge, and local market expertise to help my brokers succeed in today’s competitive marketplace.

As your Regional Sales Associate for Los Angeles and Arizona, I bring 18 years of experience in insurance sales, account management, and front-line marketing. I’m dedicated to helping brokers hit new business and retention goals. My specialties include organic sales growth, account management, and client education. I hold broker licenses in Property & Casualty, as well as Life & Health insurance disciplines. You’ll find me to be dedicated, knowledgeable, efficient, and reliable. I have a genuine excitement being an extra layer of support to our broker partners success and revenue growth.

As your Regional Sales Associate for Orange County and Arizona, I bring 15 years of consultative sales experience. I came to the organization from another General Agency where I was a Regional Sales Manager. I’ve had great success in my region, increasing broker relationships and sales to $9.6 million in annualized premium. I am excited to partner with you to attain your goals. I understand the importance of a timely email reply, answered phone calls, and being your magic eight ball for all things group medical or ancillary. I respect the investment it takes for you to attain a group, so I will always invest my all to bring it home. I am always available for a strategy call. I joined the team in 2011 with expertise in internal and external direct sales, which stems from my five-year tenure at WellPoint as well as being a broker. I also served as a Spanish Market Specialist for Blue Cross and Blue Shield.

Having previously owned a successful insurance business, I know what it takes to service a case from start to finish. Most importantly, I know what it takes to close a sale. I am highly motivated, industrious, and personable, and readily available to share my industry knowledge and provide assistance from sales, to bilingual enrollment, to ensure your success.
